As soon as you create a project, you'll be notified there is nothing to build. The platform attempts to create a dictionary for all the types in your e code. The dictionary is created by loading e files starting from the top files.
To specify the top files follow the link in the build notification dialog or right click on the project and chose Properties.
When you click OK, you'll be notified that top files changed and a rebuild is required. Rebuild now will trigger a background (re)build of the dictionaries.
